Godrej Industries has deployed a comprehensive eCRM (electronic customer relationship management) solution as part of its continuing endeavour to build a closer and more transparent relationship with its many customers.

Launched in Mumbai on May 5, 2003, by Mathew Eipe, executive director and president (chemicals), this initiative leverages the best of information technology to fulfil the varied needs of our customers. The basic design of this solution has been defined by this principle. With the eCRM application in place, Godrej Industries is now capable of sharing diverse and effective information with its customers in a personalised manner.
